Private Use Adjustment - Rental Income

Hi - I own a mobile home in France and need to work out the private use adjustment for the expenses. Unfortunately my research has proved inconclusive as there are differing views. The home is on a park which is open for about 270 days a year. We use it ourselves for about 42 days and it is usually rented out for about 84 days leaving it empty for roughly 144 days. 

Can anyone direct me to any documentation which would provide me with a definitive way to calculate the private element?
