Hi,

I understand that car tax is not an allowable expense for personal tax but is it allowable for corporation tax?

Hi Vicki.

Think of it as allowable to the extent that it is used in the business. Most often you would need business and private mileage proportions for this purpose. I am curious to know, though, what prompted you to ask re. personal tax as opposed to CT.
