Payroll software
Permalink Closed

Hello to all

I have been asked to arrange payroll for a client of mine, weekly basis, 2-3 employees only working weekends.

Their accountant suggested I use Money soft, any other software packages that are easy to use anyone can suggest?

I run Sage 50 accounts but sage payroll is too expensive!

Thank you in advance

I use Moneysoft - easy to set up and use. So far I like it

I've been using MoneySoft for 18 months now and it's a dream compared to QuickBooks payroll and SAGE payroll which I've used in the past.

12pay.co.uk is another one that often gets mentioned with praises, but I have no experience of this personally......

QuickBooks Payroll is a cheap and good choice for your payroll. You can do payroll yourself at just $20 pm basic or you can opt for the full service at just $79 allowing 2 employees to work together.

Thanks,

Free is cheap (Payroo / 12Pay / HMRC) and at $20 per month I'd want unlimited companies, as with say Moneysoft.

QuickBooks would need to be good for £550 p/a but as you're a 'leading QuickBooks hosting provider' perhaps you can come to some other arrangement with them.

Regards,
TIm

Forgive me if I'm missing something here - but it would be no use anyone from the UK subscribing to the USA payroll system.

Moneysoft or 12pay. Having used both my preference is for Moneysoft as I find it easier to use.  RTI is a doddle if you use the batch option.

I use Moneysoft, much easier than QuickBooks was, I gave up on that after a few months. Moneysoft is extremely user friendly and they have a great helpdesk too.
