Hi Just a quick question. Do you need to have software to submit a partnership tax return? Would it not be the same process as submitting a SA online for an individual? I have read a few threads on here and got confused :) Thanks Stuart

Expect you will be able to use HMRC online services to do the partnership tax return but not 100% sure as I use Taxcalc to do all my Partnership and SA returns.

You can't submit partnership returns online with HMRC, I use Andica-it's very easy to use and quite reasonably priced
