Paying for Registered Office address
Permalink Closed

HI,

I have a client who is paying a company for providing an Annual Registered Address.

Not sure what to code this to?

Possibly legal fees ? Or create a new code for it around the same area in the COA?

Better still offer the service of your own office as registered office and make some money.

Have about half a dozen clients use our office as the Registered Office.  Charge £120 per year for it.

Hi Mark,

I was thinking of offering them that service but they are only paying £29.99 per year so doubt they will pay any more.

It's with a company called Mailboxes.

I'll go with professional fees. I coded it to Legal as that is all that was there but I may unmatch the item and go with professional.

Thanks everyone.

Elaine
