Hello all, My name is Ben..I set up my bookkeeping business back in March. I'm AAT qualified and may look into accounting in the future. Things have started slower than anticipated but it's gradually getting better. Oh and I'm based in Cornwall.

welcome to the forum.

Yes, the market has picked up a little with clients who previously tried to save a few bob by doing it themselves realising that they just don't have the time in an improving market.

I found people thought/think its easy and simple and they can do it themselves. Which they can if they contact me several times a week for help.

Nice to meet you. I don't venture here as often as I used to but hope you do well in your business.

Of course people can do it themselves, but as you say without you they cannot do it correctly
