Question a little bit misleading

My client (a cafe) has recently opened up another cafe some miles away and putting fuel receipts in for travel

The older cafe is literally across the street from her house so can I reasonably allow the receipts, assuming that she travels from the cafe rather than from her home, and vice versa. Also bearing in mind that some journeys will be from cash and carry etc

Travelling between 2 cafes and travel to cash and carry is all business travel so can allow the fuel receipts though the fuel receipts will be for all fuel use so need to determine what is business/personal use of car and disallow the personal element.
