Sage Sign in window not appearing

I am trying to sign in to my Sage Instant Accounts and the sign in page does not pop up on the screen. The Sage bitmap appears as normal but it usually then goes into the sign in screen. Any ideas please?

I had a similar situation some years back on V14 I think

From memory, I think I had to pen the program as an administrator to overcome the problem

Are you using Avast?

It has been quarantining some sage files.

Thanks for the responses. We are using the free version of Avast, how do we check if the files have been quarantined?
