Registering a new business for tax online - unsure of a question

One of my clients has changed from Sole Trader to Ltd Co, and I am just registering her for corporation tax and paye.  One of the questions is "has the comapny taken over any business?" and I've ticked yes, thinking that it is taking over the sole trader.

However, as I progress the form is assuming that the Company has bought another company not connected so now I'm a tad confused.  Any help appreciated.

I have just done this for my own company and I just put the sole trader company in as the one I had taken over
