New Year...new venture

Hi

My name is Janet and I live in Central Scotland.  I'm just busy setting up my book-keeping and administration service business which is something I've wanted to do for the last few years...but life got in the way!

I've got most things in place now and already had 8 hours admin work last week with another 8 planned this week.

Just need to get the PI insurance sorted and the book-keeping will start in February which is what I really want to do.  I passed AAT level 3 in Dec 2013 and am looking to gain lots of experience and then look at furthering my accounting qualification.

I've had a look at a few topics on the forum and it looks like you're an 'interesting' bunch

Looking forward to learning more with the Network.

Cheers

Thoughts are my own/not to be regarded as official advice, which should be sought from a suitably qualified Accountant.

You should check out answers with reference to the legal position

Thanks everyone for the good wishes.
You'll probably find out that I fit in quite well...my last boss said she never laughed as much until she employed me!! Don't think it was my work skills that entertained her :)
