CT600 DIRECTORS REPORT?

Hi

Though small companies do not need to file a directors' report, HMRC requires it for CT600 Returns it seems?  Can anyone share a sample directors' report for small companies under the Companies Act 2006, its content, and the particular wordings in Small Company Provisions?

The Company has only one owner/shareholder and Director (UK Based and only trading in the UK)
