Afternoon

I have been asked by a client for some advice. She is considering giving 2 days work to a friend who recently moved to France.  She has an NI number but as far as I am aware is not reg as Self Employed.  What my client wants to know is how she would pay her.  Should she put her on payroll or get her friend to reg as self employed and get her to invoice. Not sure if the self employed route is even possible if she lives in France.

any advice wold be brilliant

thanks

alison
