Can anyone help me please

 

I logged on to my Moneysoft payroll this morning and all my Company files have disappeared.  Only sample files showing to open.  Also skipped forward to 10th April. 

Cannot contact Moneysoft as only open during week days.

Hi Jill

Unless you've moved them the files should be in your documents folder under payroll.  If they're not there do a search for *.pay which is the file extension.  Double clicking on the files should restore you back to the last pay date.
