Can anyone help me with this problem.  I am using Sage v18.  When I go into the bank reconciliation page it hangs and I am unable to do anything with it at all.  Has anyone else experienced this and if so could they please tell me how to resolve itconfuse

I have had this problem with a client that had been on Sage for around 15 years so there was a huge number of transactions. It seemed that Sage was getting a little corrupt with age as there were a few other problems (i.e. it would hang if we tried to open some of the Supplier accounts).

We didn't know how to resolve it, we always thought that we would start afresh on Sage, but we never did.

I have left that practice now, so I luckily don't have to deal with the client's Sage any more.

I haven't been much help have I!

It might be an issue with the PDF driver, can you export reports to PDF?

It might be a corrupt index File>Maintenance>Reindex and Compress.

At what point does it hang?
