Is there a way of exporting the data file as a .csv file to import into Excel. I need some better formatted reports and the charity does not want to purchase Vt Transaction.
So the stingy sods would rather make your life more difficult which will take you more time which will cost them more money in the long run.
VT cashbook is not a tool for the job. Its a data entry platform to give away to clients, it's not what professionals should be expected to use.
Go to the things that you want to see, go to the view menu, select spreadsheet mode, highlight, copy and paste what you want into Excel (or any other spreadsheet).

Thanks for your help - Shaun (I am trying to persuade them to purchase some software - as they want it done on their premises using the charity computer)
