Sage Instant accounts- question regards entering compensation payment

Hi all,

I wonder if anyone can help??...we've just got a compensation payment from a company for bad service( and there not one of our customers)...how would we enter this on sage, and what codes/ etc would we use?

Hi Roger,

The posting is a bank receipt and should go to miscellaneous income, which is usually nominal code 4900
