Hi All

I have just started working for someone in the construction industry who works away from home.

He is paying his men an allowance for food and his given me a large envelope of food receipts.

Not sure how to deal with this.  Shoud I start a purchase account and put allowance into this and then clear it down with the receipts or just post allowances as bank payment to subsistence and file receipts without entering on sage.

 

Any ideas would be appreciated
