Paye reconciliation help please

Hi all, I would appreciate some help with the way I am trying to reconcile the payroll. Past accounts show;

PL Wage £109421

PL Social Security £2975   (Which I assume is employers NIC)

BS Paye £1856

I have taken the payroll P30 summaries to check and have as follows

Gross pay £130027

PAYE  £8650

Employer NIC £4975

Employee NIC £4306

therefore when I deduct the paye/nic the figures are out by 2672?

Please could anyone help I am really struggling with working out how the past figures have arisen?

Is the net wages account at nil? Was it at the start date of the P30 summaries you have? Have payments to HMRC all been recorded correctly/match. Reckon you will need to tick back each account individually as the error could be anywhere - missed info/transposed, etc, could be anything. Sorry but the best I can suggest is roll your sleeves up and get ticking.
