Mobile Phone in directors name was sole trader

One of my clients has a mobile phone that I put through the business as a sole trader and I know its solely business use.  He is now Ltd but I have noticed (some months later) he hasn't put the phone into the Company name (I did advise him to) 

Am I ok to continue putting it through the business or is it now just calls only?

It does change things, it is either itemised calls or it incurs a BIK. There was a thread about this a while back - I will try and find it later

I have never known their to be a problem with the bill still being in the directors name, and I put a link on here a few weeks ago, to a HMRC panel decision that said it was ok
