Hi

can anyone recommend a delivery service that's reliable and cheap as I have to send some documents back to a client?

you could try my hermes they are often cheaper than Royal Mail and you get a tracking number

I have a client who has used several companies including. Royal Mail, My Hermes, IPost and Parecl2go. Never asked them what they think of any of them, but they are using the latter more and more so I'm guessing they have impressed the most, on some level.
