Membership renewal

Hi everyone, Not sure where to post this. Does anyone know how to contact BKN. I'm unable to renew my membership on the site. My renewal card has expired and I've been unable to update the details. I've emailed admin and info about this but to date have had no response. They've emailed saying my membership has now lapsed and to contact them, but do not respond when I do. Any ideas please. Hi Debbie,

Steve was out of the office last week so I imagine that he was a bit inundated today.

If you have not heard anything in the next few days I'm in a meeting with him next Monday so I'll add this to the itinery of items to be covered.

Please let me know either on here or pm me if you hear anything in the iterim.

Thanks for the update Joanne, I didn't realise that they had not been delivered yet.

I'll also put that on the agenda and report back Monday evening or Tuesday if I don't get back home till late.
