Hi everyone,
Not sure where to post this. Does anyone know how to contact BKN. I'm unable to renew my membership on the site. My renewal card has expired and I've been unable to update the details. I've emailed admin and info about this but to date have had no response. They've emailed saying my membership has now lapsed and to contact them, but do not respond when I do. Any ideas please.

Steve was out of the office last week so I imagine that he was a bit inundated today.
If you have not heard anything in the next few days I'm in a meeting with him next Monday so I'll add this to the itinery of items to be covered.
Please let me know either on here or pm me if you hear anything in the iterim.

Hi Shaun. Many thanks. Much appreciated. Haven't heard anything as yet but will let you know if I do before Monday. Know what you mean about catching up. Seem to be chasing ponytail a bit at the moment.
