Does anyone use a programme like DocuSign for a quicker and easier way to get tax returns signed?

Hi, I hope I haven't posted this question before!

Does anyone use a a programme like Docu Sign for sending tax returns to clients to sign to save time? and have any recommendations for which one to use?

I had a look at Docu SIgn for £20.00 per month and an Adobe one for £30.00 pm. I was hoping to spend a little bit less than this, £240.00 a year seems a bit steep especially as it won't be used in February and March. Or am I being tight

Thanks

Rachel

Hi JOhn

It's the signable that Phil mentioned above.

I haven't checked the details yet so it might say from £1 when I read it through

www.signable.co.uk/plans

Just been playing around with it, very simple to use and it really is £1.00 per document. There are fancy options for £19.00 + per month where you can add branding to the document and some other stuff. You can also get a 14 day trial.

It's the cheapest one I have found for the around 50 times a year I'll be using it.

Hi Phil

What can you send with it? can you send a tax return and set of accounts in PDF for people to sign?

Thanks
Rachel

I use Hellosign

Costs $15 per month or about £10 per month.

1 user and you can get unlimited documents signed.

I use it for the following; fee quotes, engagement letters, accounts, CT returns, VAT returns, personal tax returns.

I might move over to IRIS Openspace for the accounts, CT returns and personal tax returns as will be able to upload them at the click of a button from IRIS but prefer Hellosign as you get an actual signature on the document rather than a stamped signature on IRIS openspace.

So may not move over.  Still to decide.

Have clients who are now using it for their business agreements as they like the look of it and the ease it can be used.

I only use if for engagement letters at the moment but yes, you can use it for accounts and tax returns if you wanted to.
