Hi

Which is easier , using a formation company or the Gov website to set up a limit company. Does anyone have any preferences?

Hi Georgie.  I use Company Formations 24/7 but I have a Companies House presenter ID now so I might do the next one via Companies House.  To be honest though, there's only a £5 saving, so it might still be easier using the formation company.

I always use Companies House website. Not used a formation company as the website is so easy to use and quick. You get a very quick response.
