Payroll Software

Hi Folks

Hope you're all well and enjoying the blazing sunshine.

My next mission is to sort out the payroll at my current job. As we are a charity with less than 10 employees, my feeling is that payroo would work best for us. Any feedback would be most appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Parmi

Hi Parmi

I know Iris also do free payroll software for companies with less than 10 employees. Not sure if there's a catch with Payroo or Iris being totally free... But worth a try

Thanks Giulio

I'm going to consult with our accountant before I set anything up, it's my first time so I kinda need my hand holding.

Hi Parmi
What sun? Almost missed it today, having been stuck in an office with a IT guy all day!!!!!! Hope you got to see it more than I did!

Gosh Giulio - I didnt think IRIS did anything for free! Would suggest that might be a good one to try if thats the case Parmi as Ive been told that its fairly intuitive and having had a gander round the interwebby thing for someone else the guides dont seem to be too bad. As long as it is free of course.

Now if your lot dont mind paying about £130 then I would say go with Moneysoft as there are a fair few on here who could help if you get stuck, even at weekends (if they arent off sunning themselves!) when helpdesks are usually shut. But I would get why they might not to pay when they can get it for free, so with Payroo or Iris, double check when there offices are shut, how early in the day they shut (think panic stations whilst trying to sort payroll at 5pm!) and do they have access to helplines that can be accessed via the software when perhaps you cant even get online.

Who does the payroll now?
