Clients - Why we love them !
Permalink Closed

I just had to share this.

While going through a clients paperwork which contained none of the information I actually require, I find a hospital outpatient appointment for tomorrow.

I quickly phone my client and he replies "Oh, thankyou, I don't suppose you know when my dentist appointment is?" confuse

I did actually laugh out loud!

I have actually said to a client before 'I'm not your Mum you know!'

I had a client years ago who left a carrier bag on my doorstep full of receipts etc, bank book, statements and guess what....2 virgin tickets to the USA for the next day!!!

I told him when I was going to be in as he had a habit of leaving stuff on the doorstep for all to see and pinch, but once again he did it when I was out. He then phoned a couple of hours later to ask if I had his bag and if so could I please look in it as he couldn't find his flight tickets!

Lol. I didnt mean to go with him, but for you to take your better (or worse) other half or a bessie mate.

Although professional ethics would prevent it as well all know (Im adding that bit just before a certain someone tells me off, lol)

Ahem. As an old, balding (actually more or less bald now) and fat person I take deep offence!!!!  The old I can do nothing about, the balding I'm guessing is hereditary, started when I was 28 (1) And I have to confess that being fat is entirely of my own making.

(1) My son is now 28, and has just noticed he's starting to thin a little.

I love that - thanks Joanne!!  Wish this person would stop posting the same thing over and over again. I've been away a week and busy catching up and they won't let me get to page one!

I had planned to log in while I was away but Suffolk doesn't believe in the internet I don't think  smile

I know. Daft thing is by the time a few of our regulars have posted on here they will be wondering what we are talking about. At least 10 of the same spam postings just now and still popping up, but not for long as Mr Moderator will make them all disappear. Followed by banning the oh 'this is legal' rubbish they are trying to flog, which is clearly illegal certificates and licences. Numpties.

Did wonder if you were away as you were quiet. But I thought you might be mega busy s everyone seems to be just at the mo, no idea why, but you will see from a few comments that people are bombed. Assuming the summer isn't still at it.

Hope you had a good and relaxing week.

My sister outlaw has some real gems and does sometimes talk sense, but sush don't tell the funny German woman I said so!

Fantastic thanks.  I think I needed that break more than I realised.  Back to work Monday bright and refreshed.
