If a foster career in the tax year had a foster child for a few weeks then another foster child a few months later.  Re the 10k allowance, would only part of that be claimable as not fostered for the full year.  is the 10k per tax year.   i am aware there is also another allowance on top of this which would be per week.  Any advise appreciated.
