What processes do you all use to get all the necessary data, information, documents etc you need to do the job from your clients, and are they e-mailed, snail-mailed, dropbox hand collected/delivered etc..
Some of my clients post them to me, some I collect on a monthly basis. One started using dropbox last year, and this year he has posted everything in it, for me to access when I do the accounts.

I have as mix of all the ways you suggest, including snail mail with the snails crushed by the regular postman. Or that seems to be the excuse for me not receiving something. Depends on the customer. Some use dropbox, but others couldnt be trusted with it (as by their own admittance they are hopeless with anything computer related). I go and collect one or two, thats useful as it gives me the chance to have a catch up with my clients - you often find out things this way, rather than the rushed phone call 3 months down the line with a 'oh did I not mention that'.
