I was wondering whether someone could help me. I am little confused on what code to use in Sage to post Premises License, its an annual fee under the Licensing Act.

Personally I would give it it's own code somewhere in the 7600 range along with other professional and legal fee's.

Shaun.

Ooooooo, get you answering a sage query with sage specific information.

think we have answered similar questions before about random/unusual costs and have suggested you set up a separate code for them. But you do need to give people time to answer rather than just posting again. If you don't get a response within a couple of days then you could try bumping your original post by adding another comment or a plea for a response, rather than re-posting. HTH

Thoughts are my own/not to be regarded as official advice, which should be sought from a suitably qualified Accountant.
You should check out answers with reference to the legal position
