vat on batteries

hiya, I have a receipt for batteries, with no vat breakdown, but the company are vat reg .

Any ideas?

Hi Alexa

We usually ask newbies to pop a bit of an intro on the first post as that helps us get to know you and to help you with the way answers are given. So, just a bit of background - bookkeeper/Accountant/other trade? How long? What prof body? What training so far/being undertaken? Do you just work for the one company or do some self employed bookkeeping? Where are you based? Not too much - just to give us an idea.
