Hi Rafal As you have posted parts of the question, you might as well post the whole lot as I'm not actually sure specifically what the question is asking.
That said, I had a quick look and am assuming it needs you to say if there are days when the schedule is too full, given the worker only does a 5 hour day.
Easiest way to do this is draw up a table with Monday to Friday for the full four weeks. Then plot on this your financial accounts work, so eg each day you will have an hour opening post. Then on a Monday plot in two hours for invoicing etc.
Once you have added all your daily tasks, then add in your weekly tasks, so for week one on a Monday you will have 3 hours doing something (can't recall now as can't see the piccie as I'm typing....was it collating data or something?).
Then for week three on a Monday you won't have the data collation as above, but something else to do for 2 hours. Etc. Hence why you need a four week table.
I've not checked each day, sorry absolutely battered with work this week, but am hoping that helps.
Edited for typos

Thoughts are my own/not to be regarded as official advice, which should be sought from a suitably qualified Accountant.
