I'm not employed by 12Pay any more so I can't give an informed comment.
But I have suggested in Accountingweb that it is worth looking at the employee(s) in the incorrect company to see if there is anything different about them. I'm rather curious, from a software development point of view, about a calculation error that only applies to month 12 and only applies to one of company.
In the past, when I was involved, there have been complaints about incorrect NI in month 12, but these invariably turned out to be employees labelled as directors operating the "alternative option" for directors NI outlined in CA44, and hence were actually correct operation. (I'm not asserting this is the case in this instance, but suggesting a possibility). On the other hand as Iris seem to be acknowledging some kind of error it would be a very good idea for them to make clear the circumstances under which that occurs...
Hi Tom
If you still had 12Pay, I would be using it!!! Great product, just dont like Iris and I knew you had left them some while back, if I recall correctly.
I did read the initial post on Aweb and was a wee bit skeptical especially as with a very cursory check I couldnt see anything on 12Pay's site, but I though I would dump that post before running out because at least its a prompt for people on here to check it for themselves.
There has certainly been nothing else added on Aweb all day, so Im suspecting you latter suggestion is probably whats occured.
