Looked at this and seemed to be perfect solution for taking regular monthly subscripton payments for a client.......Go Cardless however, cannot sign up partnerships (although sole traders are ok!??).

So....now looking for similar solution.......anyone??

Think youve been sold a dud line there!

Go Cardless is pants in terms of the payment information on a payers bank statement....all entries state 'go cardless'!!! About as much use as a chocolate fireguard. Oh but they will let you input the information into their website to say which entity made the D/d claim - really useful to anyone else looking at said person's bank statement, like their Accountant or HMRC et al. Flippin rip off charges too. But hey thats just my view!

I know - not even some of the big boys who use this app, who I presume cannot get a Direct debit facility from their Bank.

Their T&Cs indicate they provide for partnerships, so presume you fell foul of a telephone sales bod who maybe didnt have a clue what they were on about?!

Hi Count1314,
I use a cloud based accounting software that works well for both myself and my clients. I don't have to chase them for details and information and they don't have to update me. I simply invite them to use my software with me, they fill in their details and everything thereafter is automatic.
I get to see transactions as they happen, in great detail, and can see for an unlimited amount of time which is great for when you want to give your client some long-term advice.
I can also see all that I need to regarding checks which is a great bonus!
I don't know how many accounts you manage, but you can see, access and manage lots of different bank accounts all in one place so sign up all clients to make your life easier!
The software I use is called Ledgersync and I would recommend it to anyone!

Hi Janet

How exactly does ledger sink allow me to set up direct debit payments from my clients and transfer the money to my bank.

Next time RTFT before spamming your overpudlian software.

Hi

Firstly, for full disclosure purposes, Id like to let you know that I work at << advertising removed >>. I noticed this forum thread and thought you might be interested in our software.

By using our standard Direct Debit service, your company name will always appear on your payers bank statements. We are also transparent with fees so you will always know how much you are collecting and how much you are charged.

Kind regards,
Dominic

Any thread that makes John swear (even if in an acronym) needs to be reviewed.

Review completed... Tut... Right, where to begin.

Why would someone claim to be in the USA when they were in London? Normally it's the other way around. Bye Janet.

Cheska who pushed the same software in another thread at the end of September was blatantly advertising from the Philipines. Bye Cheska.

Maurice, (same thread as above) was indeed where he said he was... But how did he know immediately that someone in the Phillipines had posted mention in a UK site. Web crawlers aren't that spontanious. Bye Maurice.

Dominic. Like sir Alan, I can't fire all of the contestants in one boardroom so for nnow you can go back to the house.

And besides that I feel that the blood lust of my ravenous horde is not yet sated so need to give you at least a fighting chance. I've removed the advertising so there is no link to the company concerned.

Right, cry havoc and let slip the bookkeepers... Lol. we're getting just like Aweb biggrin

Dominics employers state they are  ''The UKs leading Direct Debit service provider''

'leading' - based on WHAT exactly?

Not 'THE' surely, might be 'one of'.

One of my clients is looking for a new provider - so I might give them a punt for a quote. No - that doesnt mean I want you spamming me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

edited to correct typo

My sincere apologies Shaun, I hadn't realised flipping was a swear word biggrinbiggrinbiggrin

Google must have been working mighty fast yesterday.  Janet made her post at 11.37 am and was picked up by Maurice at 3.50 pm.  The topic of the thread seems to have gone over his head by miles as well.
