HMRC filing priblems

Anyone else having problems filing online? Submitted a return yesterday and still not successful - never known it to take this long before.

No problems for me, but what kind of return are you trying to submit? Have you checked out the HMRC outage list?

Ha, spoke too soon. Just got this
HMRC online services

We are sorry that the service you wish to access is currently unavailable and apologise for any inconvenience.
Some of our online services may be available, please follow the links below to access them. If the service you wish to use is not currently available please try again later.

That was on the VAT screen - typical on the last filing day of the quarter!!   I did file on time but was having a mess about updating emails when it bounced me off!

Ive not checked the outage links though, so worth a look for any updates

We had huge problems filing the P11D's ealier this week. Two phone calls to HMRC later (who was reading from a script and whatthey were telling me wasn't applicable) and I ended up finding a hidden link where I could file them individually on the employee list on gov.uk rather than the new adobe fill in forms.

It turned a simple half hour job into over two hours.

No issues here, filed a couple of VAT returns this morning which went through fine.
