Companies House Phone problems
Permalink Closed

Good morning,

I have tried a number of times to contact Companies House last week and also today but am unable to get through. It rings a few times then then cut off.

I have 0303 1234500 on our speed dial and have always got through before. I cannot see any notification from Companies House of a phone number change etc.

Has anyone else had the same problem?

Thank you

Jay

Many thanks,

I tried again this morning and two rings, then a buzzing sound.

All other number on our speed dialling work fine, and I also dialled them manually with the same problem.

It's not urgent so I will leave it until next week and try again.

Thoughts are my own/not to be regarded as official advice, which should be sought from a suitably qualified Accountant.

You should check out answers with reference to the legal position

I have just tried again, a few rings and then what may be the engaged tone?

I did a search on Google and it seems our friends at AW have also experienced the same problem.
