Payroll manager - changing from weekly to monthly paid.
Permalink Closed

Two of our Ltd companies had weekly paid employees........... took this on from a previous accountant.

With the clients agreement we were to change them all to monthly.

On both Companies I managed to change to monthly all but the first named employee.

The problem was resolved by Moneysoft ( excellent customer service) in that the weekly pay for 2017/2018 got carried forward to week 1 2018/2019.

Take these figures out and the change can be made.
