Interesting that the authorities are looking to progress with the waterboarding of this group of delinquent youths even though there was no apparent attempt to deny the violation of the rights of the victim of this breach.

I find it difficult to believe that in this day and age the rights of the girl whose party it was were treated with such blatent disregard.... I blame the parents.

....
