Hi there

We have just sold services to Europe and need to put in a non-VAT code in Sage - can anybody please tell us what the code is - Sage advised T22 but this hasn't worked when we try to run VAT return ... Many thanks

T22 sounds correct based on the limited information you have given, but as usual with VAT the devil is in the detail. Not sure what you mean when you say it hasnt worked.

Suggest you speak to your accountant and run the detailed VAT return by them.

Thoughts are my own/not to be regarded as official advice, which should be sought from a suitably qualified Accountant.

You should check out answers with reference to the legal position

Many thanks for the prompt response ... we have used T22 but it's not showing up as EC sales on the VAT return when we run it - we are now on to our accountants.
