Well, for one thing, the domain name has changed (again). Until I last logged in, it was forum.bookkeepers.network. There's a redirect in place, but in all likelihood that will stop working at some point - probably when the domain name expires. (Better update my RSS feed accordingly...)
I *think* there may be something missing on the main navigation bar; I only ever click on recent posts if I'm looking in from a system other than this one, so I'm not entirely sure there.
Beyond that, dunno.

Just a heads up that I'm currently in the process of updating the forum. I've moved the domain name back to the original www.book-keepers.org.uk, which now has the benefit of a https certificate. We'll be having a bit of a redesign next month also, no major changes more design-wise and website mechanics.
Well spotted regarding the menu, however don't worry - I'm currently updating the Awards page/link and aiming to add this back in the next day or so. Pleased to advise we'll be running the 2018 awards next month (February), afraid I'm a bit behind this year with my other work commitments.
The bookkeepers directory has disappeared as well. Nice to know that the 2018 awards will be taking place, I did send an email enquiring but never got a reply other than an automated one saying someone would get back to me.

Hi Joanne, sorry about the lack of reply, which email address did you send it to? I've had a number of issues with the .network domain, one of the reasons we've switched back to our old one at book-keepers.org.uk.
Always feel free to email me at my alternative address which is steve@hillmans.co.uk.

Hi Steve
It was John (Leger) who emailed you, not me. I know Im normally the 'gobby' one but all I did was suggest he email you in this instance!
Good to see the awards are running again and do appreciate you have more important things to do with your time, hope business is going well for you.
Boys
I did spot the domain name thing after I had posted this as the access I usually use is this one - https://www.book-keepers.org.uk/p/recent/ ........which lost the 'find a bookkeeper' and 'awards' tab (and was why I posted). This link also then didnt give an indication about the other useful stuff such as the insurance but then I did a google search last night whilst pondering and spotted actually the main home page showed everything...... http://www.bookkeepers.network/home..... did wonder why the names were different.
Be very interested to see the changes afoot.
Love this site (apart from the sometimes rude folk, lack of two way participation from the masses, business owners expecting freebies, spammers and the like), great for CPD and knowing someone else is in the same boat, camaraderie.

Hi Steve
It was me who emailed you before Christmas using the online contact form. I got an automated reply saying someone would contact me soon.
Could I make a request that you also list the 2 runners up as well on the forum awards. You've done it previous years but not last year.
Can I also ask how the voting works, can anyone email in or is it just members of the forum?
