Company House Filing

Morning All

This may seem a stupid question but I've only just started dealing with companies so never had to file to Companies house.

This is a charity so not having to produce a corporation tax return.

Do I somehow need to apply to companies house as an agent to be able to file? I'm thinking in the same way as I would do for everything with HMRC

Thanks in advance

Valerie

Hi Valerie

You can also submit via Co House if it's a micro entity, but obviously much easier to file from software with a presenter id.
