I am newly AAT fully qualified.

I am looking to get book keeping and payroll experience within a small accounting firm or for a book keeper. I already work in management accounts however, want to get financial accounting experience.

I have ambitions to become a self employed book keeper and would like to get some experience.

I can work a few days a month or weekends. I am reliable, professional and hard working. I am in the Bromley, London area.

Thank you.

Shelly

gaining experience is a two way street surely, bit like using this forum.

so what can you offer the potential employer in return?

Sorry I should have put this in my original post. I would give my free time in exchange for experience. Thank you

Hi Shelly, welcome to the forum

How is Bromley? I stayed down there a few weeks ago and originally come from just up the road in S/E London

Have you tried contacting some local Accountancy firms and asking them?

Shame the OP hasn't been back on to answer you Doug.

Good job there aren't a pile of opportunities otherwise they would have been missed as there is no PM set up.

Thoughts are my own/not to be regarded as official advice, which should be sought from a suitably qualified Accountant.

You should check out answers with reference to the legal position
