Its an on-boarding list Ally. Naff (US?) terminology. Just a list of things to cover off when a newbie client is taken on covering differing parts of the business. You can often get a list from your prof body, although many folk just do their own (which expands with experience).

Hi Ally

the ticklist info you asked about from the other post.  You can get one from ACCA. They supply all sorts of this stuff

Sorry but I am absolutely not answering this on the other post, because

1) Im not helping the poster break the law by her having no MLR

2) she hasnt said thank you/acknowledged the responses she has had from anyone!  I dont help rude folk, they get one strike and then in the little black book they go.

Hi all.
So sorry if I ask a question that is completely unrelated to this forum. Please feel free to scold me but Im really stuck.
In process of launching my bookkeeping business and am interested in having a virtual landline number (if thats the right term) that gets diverted to my mobile. I think a landline number will look more professional than a mobile especially to begin with.

Any recommendations for any companies? Ive seen tons online but no idea whats good and not. I tried Vodafone as my mobile is with them and its £10 a month exc vat so hope a company would be cheaper.

Again - sorry if this isnt that kind of forum. But appreciate any help or advice.

Ally.
