Quick books online - Incorrect vat scheme and vat period
Permalink Closed

Having only just got started on this software, I'm not yet fully conversant with its idiosyncrasies, so a couple of Qs.

New limited client has set themselves up on but put the wrong vat scheme on it, showing cash instead of standard.  Also showing vat return due end of April instead of May.

Just wondered if there is a process to follow to ensure all is correctly reported or if I can just easily change the date (1st vat period will be 4 months long), and if just by changing the scheme it will pull in envy thing I need, or do I need to start doing adjustments?

TIA
