MTD software embedded in Excel
Permalink Closed

I notice that some MTD software for excel requires to be embedded in the 'source' worksheet.

I have not found information on what happens when the 'source' worksheet's name is changed.

This is important because the current worksheet's name includes a date(years) and next year's worksheet is created by using 'save as' the current worksheet with a new date(years).

Will any embedded MTD software still work ?

All advice gratefully received

Thanks

I don't know about the answer to this, but there is quite a bit of bridging software that can be used with Excel that does not actually run in Excel.
