Not sure if there is an option to download as PDF, havent looked. But they are being a bunch of numpties, so you could just use 'print to pdf' which then allows you to save as a pdf.
If you do not have the print to pdf option on your printer, then you could download 'Cute PDF' - its free and will then pop up in your print options. Was recommended on here years ago and I use it for all sorts.
Thank you for the continued advice. Yes the bank is on the list and in the past it has not been a problem.
I telephoned the Banks mortgage consultant and talked him through the process and it now seems that scans are acceptable. Maybe he was having an off day.
Also thank you for the Cute PDF tip, that will be very useful.
Hi Jay
I think they often take the lazy or easy route out - anything to get a bit of paper off their desk even if its just pushing back the inevitable pile!
I know what you mean about the hard week. Ive had rellies here so just trying to catch up now theyve gone home! At least the rain has held off so the threat of flooding has gone down in the area, which means travelling is a bit better!
Lets hope your week gets better (and mine!)
