Hi John
I was pondering offering my services assisting folk with importing facilities/documentation. Tempted to do a course myself if its funded, although finding a trainer might be the hardest issue.

Thanks for posting this (again on behalf of the silent ones!). Do you sometimes wonder why you bother when no-one can be bothered answering?

Thoughts are my own/not to be regarded as official advice, which should be sought from a suitably qualified Accountant.

You should check out answers with reference to the legal position

Hi Joanne

I think you would do well.

As an aside I'm absolutely hopeless at teaching stuff.  When I worked for the chamber our assistant manager set up a new electronic purchase ordering system and I was heavily involved in the nitty gritty, which I loved.  One day she let me loose teaching a dept how it worked and I floundered, big style!!

Tricky one, on the one hand it was a FYI post for people to read the link if useful for them, so no engagement necessary.  On the other hand if the link was useful to someone it wouldn't go amiss to acknowledge it with a thanks.

Right I'm away on a mini break til Tuesday.  Down in London Saturday to celebrate my mates 60th, then a couple of days in Watford.

Hope you're enjoying your mini break John. I went to a very very warm and sunny Southport at weekend. Hope you didn't have too big a hangover.
