12 Pay Report

To any 12 Pay users

Is there a report which details all deductions and shows employee/ employers pension element?  I need to send one over to the accountant and I'm sure there must be but I cant find it!

I can grab a report from analysis - pay details then select pension which gives me a breakdown for each pay period plus overall total.

It does - try under 'forms'.

P11 is the one to always ask for when moving payroll.

Thanks for the replies
My p11 only gives NI
The closest I found was Pay Element Summary Report. It's a bit messy but it did at least have all the elements I needed.

Not used 12 Pay for years. BUT, they will provide more than NI. Its an industry standard form from way back when these things had to be written out. I know 12 Pay covers more eg tax, NI, SSP, SMP, student deductions etc. Suggest you try giving them a call.

 It's still not there Joanne.  I have a tax sheet and a NI sheet but neither show pension deductions.
