Hi There

Ive took on a new client, however, the vat hasnt been reconciled on Quickbooks since Jan 19!  

Im stuggling to find how to make it go back that far, I can change the month but not the year, so I can only make it go back as far as Feb 20

Which QB? When is Y/end and has it been finalised?

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply, I sorted it last week - not sure why but I couldnt see option to change the dates - Ive sorted it inso far that Ive reconciled to date, now the task of finding out why the payments dont agree!
