Can an Accountant take a share in a client company, in terms of professional body rules (ICAEW).

It does not matter how a one perceives their own objectivity and independance it is how such may be judged by a reasonably informed third party.

How can one report upon the financial interests of an entity to which they themselves have a financial interest.
