Vat not balancing on sage

I am really confused I have a spreadsheet to monitor my tax and my purchase tax is not balancing . I have printed out the sage report and every invoice I have ticked off and is correct. On the report when I add up every transaction it balances with my spreadsheet yes on nominal codes 2201 I think it is over a £100 different to the nominal code figure . I hope this makes sense??

Add your spreadsheets. or pass to your accountant. they will find it in a couple of minutes using their excel skills. why you are using two systems is beyond me.

Your purchase tax is not balancing on your spreadsheet even though you have checked and ticked off all the invoices on the Sage report. The total of all transactions on the report matches your spreadsheet, except for the nominal code 2201 which is over £100 different.
